Advanced Technique

In order to receive an advanced technique, it is necessary to be trained in Vedic meditation and have been practicing constantly for at least one year. 

Further advanced techniques can be added in one year intervals. The pre-requisite is that meditators have had a consistent practice with their advanced technique for at least one year. 

Advanced techniques are taught by private appointment over 2 sessions. 

DAY 1 - Advanced Technique Initiation - 1 hour private booking

DAY 2 - Advanced Technique follow up - 1 hour private booking (approx. one week later)
